Nowadays the web has become the most common way of transmitting information, at the beginning for mobile devices accessing the internet, telecommunications companies, developed different platform services to access the information and application on the internet, moreover different website versions were created for different browser's screen resolutions, such as desktop users and mobile device users. Unfortunately the design quality at that time was still very poor and it was a problem especially for mobile devices, These problems can be related to the screen size, when the user tries to access browser using a device with the lower expected screen resolution, it can result in a bad experience. After a few years the introduction of the responsive designer allowed to adapt the user interface in a single website, to make this possible, website design use HTML5 and CSS3 technologies. Basically, the responsive design should be based on three points such as the flexible grid, flexible images and media, and media queries, allowing to provide a better experience for the user. According to research, responsive design on a web page makes elements more flexible for users, easier to handle and share. Another fact to remember is that during that to improve the users experience, the designers use several tools such as, User-Centered Design, Material Design Guidelines (MDG), UI/UX.
