What is web design?
When we mention the word web design it sound like a complicate subject to study. Bicycle web design is one of many process of creating websites, in another word the part of development web responsible for design. Web designer is who work especially with web, the person able to develop design for site, game, desktop browsers, mobile and tablet browsers (Foundation, 2022)

Why is web design important?
Whenever we meet new people, we try to be visible and show the best of ourselves with the main objective of attracting attention. This strategy is widely used by designers to take attention of users, in order to visit a web page, magazine, blog, Play some game, or any other content. For this reason the designer is crucial during web development.

What is web design in HTML
The design is usually created by programming languages ​​or tools such as HTML and CSS.
HTML is the most basic building block of the Web, Putting it more simply, It is the most common and simple programming language used in web designer and it work in appearance and layout.

CSS or Cascading Style Sheets, is a language used to describe the presentation of a document written in HTML or XM, moreover it describes how the words should be arranged and displayed on the screen.
Nowadays it is possible to find several tools or software such Hub Wordpress Origami Marvel Framer, Ublime Test, Wix.com Offline web design tools, Google Web Designer, many others that can be useful during the career of a designer (Developer.mozilla.org, 2022). (Diaz, 2022)

What is the deference between Web design and web development?
This is a common question, in fact exist many difference between then, as I mentioned in the beginning, web design works with aesthetic, in other words how website look, on the other hand web development goes deeper into working on the action commands that must be executed by the program using programming languages.(05 Nov, 2021).
