General Questions Analysis

This post is based on data collected from Demographic Analysis, Where the aim is to present interesting results about the research. In the following graphs the questions are evaluated from 1 to 5 where 1 and 2 mean people who disagree, keep neutral and 4 and 5 agree or strongly agree.

As shown in the graphic (100%) of respondents are aware that web design is important however 58.3% of people point out that web design is very important.

Number of responses: 12 responses.In this case most of people have the knowledge about the ultimate purpose of web design, Therefore, 58.3% of people fully agreed that the importance of we design is to attract visitors, 25.% agree, 8.3% is neutral, and just a group of 8.3% disagree.

Continuing, on a scale of 1 to 5, 41.7% strongly agree that web design is the most important element in web page development, 25% of respondent agree, 25% is neutral, and a small group of 8.3% do not agree.


In this part of the survey a photo was displayed asking which element of na attracts the most on a web page.

The graph shown above displays an interesting range of responses, as shown in the graph, the participants pointed out the element that most attract attention when we access a web page, as the graph show, 50% of people selected responsive design, logical web navigation, web design and layout, and 33.3% selected call to action 25%selected An-opt in offer. Continuing 16.7% selected content is a key, testimonials, story telling and FAQS section.

The results presented in this graph show that 18.7% is neutral, 16.7% and of people agree that web design is the makeup of the web page, 66.7% strongly agree with this statement.

In this case I asked the participants if the actions of the customers can be influenced by the web page design, As results show 8.3% strongly disagree, 33.3% remained neutral, 16.7% agree and 41.6 strongly agree.

Number of responses: 12 responses.In this graph to be analyzed, I asked the participants how often web design influences their choices. The question is rated from 1 to 5, 1 and 2 means never, 3 means neutral, 2 and 5 means frequently. The results presented by the participants according to the graph were as follows, 16.2% are never influenced, 41.7% is neutral and 41.7% are frequently influenced.

Number of responses: 12 responses.Participants were asked if the influence of the web design on people live could be dangerous, 41.7% of participants do not agree, 8.3% is neutral 33.3% agree and 16.7 strongly agree.



Forms response chart. Question title: 13-Do you think you can use a website effectively, for prolonged period of time if the design of the site is poor? (e.g. bad choice of colors, blurry graphics, lagging navigation, small/extra large text, errors, typography.). Number of responses: 12 responses.

For this question we have different types of answers making an analysis, 41.7% selected maybe, 16.7% selected yes and 16.7% selected no, we also have small answer such as static 8.3% selected  depending on the content 8.3% selected static.

With the information collected and the analyzes carried out, about the importance of web design and their influence on people decision, most participants showed knowledge about the subject being analyzed also 50% of participants agree that web design is important, however it can influence some user decisions, whether positively or negatively.

After sharing my survey with a classmate and friends, I got some answers that allowed me to collect the data from the end of the survey.  In this first question, 41,7% of the participants are women and 58.3 are men. 50% of the participants are from Africa, 8.3% from Asia and 41.7% from Europe. The results of this graph are, 41.7% of the participants are between 15-25 yers old, 41.7% are between 23 to 35 and 16.7% are between 35 to 45.
